1 По окончании7093 двадцати6242 лет,8141 в которые Соломон8010 строил1129 дом1004 Господень3068 и свой дом,1004

2 Соломон8010 обстроил1129 и города,5892 которые дал5414 Соломону8010 Хирам,2361 и поселил3427 в них сынов1121 Израилевых.3478

3 И пошел3212 Соломон8010 на Емаф-Сува2578 и взял2388 его.

4 И построил1129 он Фадмор8412 в пустыне,4057 и все города5892 для запасов,4543 какие основал1129 в Емафе.2574

5 Он обстроил1129 Вефорон1032 верхний5945 и Вефорон1032 нижний,8481 города5892 укрепленные,4692 со стенами,2346 воротами1817 и запорами,1280

6 и Ваалаф1191 и все города4543 для запасов,5892 которые были у Соломона,8010 и все города5892 для колесниц,7393 и города5892 для конных,6571 и все, что хотел28362837 Соломон8010 построить1129 в Иерусалиме3389 и на Ливане3844 и во всей земле776 владения4475 своего.

9 Сынов1121 же Израилевых3478 не делал5414 Соломон8010 работниками5650 по делам4399 своим, но они были воинами,5824421 и начальниками8269 телохранителей7991 его, и вождями8269 колесниц7393 его и всадников6571 его.

10 И было главных8269 приставников53245333 у царя4428 Соломона,8010 управлявших7287 народом,5971 двести3967 пятьдесят.2572

11 А дочь1323 Фараонову6547 перевел5927 Соломон8010 из города5892 Давидова1732 в дом,1004 который построил1129 для нее, потому что, говорил559 он, не должна жить3427 женщина802 у меня в доме1004 Давида,1732 царя4428 Израилева,3478 ибо свят6944 он, так как вошел935 в него ковчег727 Господень.3068

14 И установил5975 он, по распоряжению4941 Давида,1732 отца1 своего, череды4256 священников3548 по службе5656 их и левитов3881 по стражам4931 их, чтобы они славословили1984 и служили8334 при священниках3548 по уставу1697 каждого3117 дня,3117 и привратников7778 по чередам4256 их, к каждым воротам,8179 потому что таково было завещание4687 Давида,1732 человека376 Божия.430

15 И не отступали5493 от повелений4687 царя4428 о священниках3548 и левитах3881 ни в чем,1697 ни в отношении сокровищ.214

16 Так устроено3559 было3559 все дело4399 Соломоново8010 от дня3117 основания4143 дома1004 Господня3068 до совершенного8003 окончания3615 его — дома1004 Господня.3068

17 Тогда пошел1980 Соломон8010 в Ецион-Гавер6100 и в Елаф,359 который на берегу8193 моря,3220 в земле776 Идумейской.123

2 Chronicles

Chapter 8

1 AND it came to pass at the end of twenty years, wherein Solomon had built the house of the LORD and the royal palace,

2 That Solomon rebuilt the cities which Hiram had given to him, and caused the children of Israel to dwell in them.

3 And Solomon went to Hamath and besieged it, and destroyed it.

4 And he built Tadmor, which had been laid waste like the wilderness, and all the store-cities;

5 Also he built Beth-hauran the upper and Beth-hauran the lower;

6 And built all the store-cities that Solomon had and all the chariot cities and the cities for the horsemen and all that Solomon desired to build in Jerusalem and in Lebanon and throughout all the land of his dominion.

7 As for all the people who were left of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites, who were not of Israel,

8 But of their descendants, who were left after them in the land, whom the children of Israel could not destroy, these Solomon made servants for himself, and workers and tributaries to this day.

9 But of the children of Israel Solomon made no servants in his kingdom, for they were men of war and the commanders of his chariots and his horsemen.

10 And these were the governors and overseers of King Solomon, even two hundred and fifty, who exercised authority over the people, who did the work.

11 And Solomon brought up the daughter of Pharaoh out of the city of David to the house which he had built for her; for he said, No wife shall dwell with me in the house of David king of Israel, because the place in which the ark of the LORD has come is holy.

12 Then Solomon offered burnt offerings to the LORD, and peace offerings upon the altar of the LORD which he had built before the porch,

13 Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of the fasting, and in the feast of tabernacles.

14 And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required; and the porters also by their courses, to guard the doors every day; for so had David the king of Israel, whom the LORD had made king, commanded.

15 And he did not depart from all that King David had commanded him concerning the priests and the Levites and concerning all the service of the house.

16 Thus all the work of Solomon was set in order from the day the foundations of the house of the LORD were laid until all its work was finished.

17 Then Solomon went to Ezion-geber, the town which is opposite Eloth, at the seaside in the land of Edom.

18 And Hiram sent his servants by ships, skilful mariners, who knew how to pilot ships in the sea, and they went with the servants of Solomon to the city of Ophir, and took from there four hundred talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.

13 Even after a certain rate every day, offering according to the commandment of Moses, on the sabbaths and on the solemn feasts, three times in the year, in the feast of unleavened bread, and in the feast of the fasting, and in the feast of tabernacles.

14 And he appointed, according to the order of David his father, the courses of the priests to their service, and the Levites to their charges, to praise and minister before the priests, as the duty of every day required; and the porters also by their courses, to guard the doors every day; for so had David the king of Israel, whom the LORD had made king, commanded.

15 И не отступали5493 от повелений4687 царя4428 о священниках3548 и левитах3881 ни в чем,1697 ни в отношении сокровищ.214

15 And he did not depart from all that King David had commanded him concerning the priests and the Levites and concerning all the service of the house.

16 Так устроено3559 было3559 все дело4399 Соломоново8010 от дня3117 основания4143 дома1004 Господня3068 до совершенного8003 окончания3615 его — дома1004 Господня.3068

16 Thus all the work of Solomon was set in order from the day the foundations of the house of the LORD were laid until all its work was finished.

17 Then Solomon went to Ezion-geber, the town which is opposite Eloth, at the seaside in the land of Edom.

18 And Hiram sent his servants by ships, skilful mariners, who knew how to pilot ships in the sea, and they went with the servants of Solomon to the city of Ophir, and took from there four hundred talents of gold, and brought them to King Solomon.
